About CGIC

In 2023, CID established the Green Intelligent Building Development Center (CGIC), which is dedicated to the research and development of fully prefabricated, highly integrated, and full life-cycle-managed "Modular Integrated Construction" (MIC) products and technologies. CGIC's mission is to provide a comprehensive solution for the whole industry chain and full-life-cycle development of modernization in the construction industry. The business scope includes: strategy and policy research and consulting; technology planning and R&D, industry chain construction and resource integration; marketing, sales and implementation of MIC products; and whole-process consulting applicable to the needs of MIC projects. It focuses on the international market, especially promotion and cooperation with countries and regions along the "Belt and Road".
